I didn't paint the helmet. This was finished a long time ago from MightyMorphinPR herself. The best Green Ranger helmet currently out there, in my opinion.

I think it may be from MightyMorphinPR (aka Jess). It's definately not Aniki's or Sushiya's. The seller goes by terriormon on Rangerboard, soo you could PM him and see what he says. Kind of a high price for a kit, but that's just my opinion.
