good luck finding one with "everything" under 300 bones. The suit alone can cost up to 300. If you do find one for that price i would for sure snag that up

He's right. Generally "decent" and "cheap" are two things that don't go together well. Somebody once said to get a screen-accurate PR suit, look to spend at least $1200, and for the Green Ranger, up to $2000.
For a costume on the cheap, you could get this zentai suit. (http://cgi.ebay.com/Dark-Green-Power-Ranger-Costume-Lycra-Zentai-Catsuit_W0QQitemZ150295946873QQihZ005QQcategoryZ86 207QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem) That'll cover your suit, gloves and belt. Then you could go ahead and get one of these helmets. (http://cgi.ebay.com/Cosplay-Latest-Ver-Power-Ranger-GREEN-1-1-Helmet_W0QQitemZ360089307445QQihZ023QQcategoryZ164 115QQrdZ1QQssPageNameZWD1VQQcmdZViewItem) You could top it off with a pair of cheap boots, and that'll keep you under $400. You could add cheap gloves and a toy Dragon Dagger, and end the suit at about $500. That's probably going to be the cheapest suit you'll put together on a regular basis, unless you find a pretty good sale somewhere.
Or, if you had the time/money and didn't feel like getting all the parts to make your own suit, you could try this. (http://www.herocosplay.com/index.php?act=viewProd&productId=3) Aniki/AAC Props/Hero Cosplay is a member here on the board. Couple words of advice, though. When I say "time," I mean it seems to take him a while to get them out, with some people waiting upwards of 8 months. Here's a review of his suit (http://www.rangerprops.com/forums/showthread.php?t=2579) if you feel like taking a look at it.
Or, if you *really* had the time/money, you could put one together from pieces currently available. I would contact Tech_Styles here for a suit. That'll run you about $200, but it's worth it. Then, I would pop into Sushiya's thread (http://www.rangerprops.com/forums/showthread.php?t=2673) and pick up a pair of boots. They're $110 plus shipping. While you're there, you could pick up some gloves and gauntlets which would run you about (I think) $145 after shipping. Or, Buzz's_Room on RangerBoard has runs of gloves and cuffs, and that'll run you about $200 for both. Buzz also has made the currently most accurate Dragon Dagger in a kit form, and I believe those'll run about $200, or you could pick up a toy one on eBay.
You'll also need a belt buckle. Here's one up on eBay, (http://cgi.ebay.com/Power-Rangers-Green-Ranger-costume-belt-buckle-PROP_W0QQitemZ250296552288QQihZ015QQcategoryZ749QQ ssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem) and that's about $30. I have one from Tech_Styles that's pretty good, and Outatime also makes a few ranging from the flat one-piece, to the black holster that you can put a toy morpher in.
We're hitting the home stretch. All we need now is a helmet and shield/armband. For the shield, you'll probably have to make your own, either using craft foam or fabric (http://cgi.ebay.com/Green-Power-Ranger-Costume-Pattern-TOMMY-4-14-NEW_W0QQitemZ330270312673QQihZ014QQcategoryZ116690 QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem). You could contact Aniki/AAC Props/Hero Cosplay and see if you could just buy the shield and armbands. Or you could pick up this one for $250 (http://cgi.ebay.com/New-Mighty-Morphin-Green-Rangers-Gold-Dragon-Shield_W0QQitemZ320294635176QQihZ011QQcategoryZ749 QQrdZ1QQssPageNameZWD1VQQcmdZViewItemQQ_trksidZp16 38Q2em118Q2el1247). As for the helmet, MightyMorphinPR (Jess) on RangerBoard has the best sculpt currently available. However, I don't know if she's still selling them or not.
I hope that this can get you on your way somehow.
